plug in, start up, reposition golf cart
water plants, inside or our, as you instruct
provide transportation to or from Villages shuttle
check & record home & refregerator temperature
restock refregerator with staples before youre return
provide weekly email reports on my inspections
arrange for airport transportation
as long as you remain a customer, your monthly fee, $40, will never increase
if you refer a friend, once they 've been a customer for 4 consecutive months, your next month is free

LOST OR FOUND KEYS? FOR VILLAGE RESIDENTS: If anyone FINDS keys, please do not drop them in the postal station mail slot. REPEAT. Do not use the postal service for lost keys. The workers are not supposed to look around in those mail bags. They are not official Post Office employees. The mail bags are sent to the Daytona Beach Post Office for sorting. Good luck getting those keys back.
The Hacienda Rec. Center has a lost and found service including a shoebox full of lost keys, with hundreds of keys, including many button car remotes. If you find a set of keys, please turn them into the local recreation center. They will eventually be sent to the Hacienda Center.

Closets, Pull Out Drawers: I just had drawers put into my pantry cabinet by a very nice young man named Chris Arnold, who does business under the names "The Pull-Out Shelf Co." and "All Ways Closets". His phone number for both business is 352-243-2513. He is an upfront guy, very honest and dependable, and does nice work. I never had closets done by him, but I can tell he would be as accurate and honest in that area as he was with the pull-out pantry shelves. Ina Del Bosco (May 4 2006)
Villa Painting: Contact the The Villages Warranty Dept. for the information on the original Villa colors. Another possibility is to contact "Color Wheel" Paint Co.. It is believed they have supplied the paint for most Villas. Just tell them which Villa and when it was built. They have changed their formulation some as time goes on so they will have to look up the original formula for the Villa in question. (April 27 2006)
